The Skyliners of America is a group of eight (8) individual car clubs located in the western states. Each club is individual, has its own constitution or bylaws and officers. The Skyliners of America is the focal point for the eight (8) individual clubs. There is an annual Skyliners of America meet that is hosted by each of the affiliated clubs on a rotating basis. The rotation schedule is: British Columbia, Oregon, Northern California, Washington, Colorado, Southern California, Arizona and Inter Mountain.

Each club pays a fee to the Skyliners of America (based on the number of members the club has) for a blanket liability insurance policy. This "blanket" policy greatly reduces the cost that each club would otherwise have to pay for individual club policies.
